Freddie remembered that we are going on a plane on Friday, but apparently we’re going to the moon for fish and chips. Ooh-Kaay!
Lucy is one amazing big sister. Yesterday, after giving up her Saturday to do a charity bag pack at a local supermarket she went straight round to her Nan and Grandad’s, to help take care of Freddie. He was sleeping over while we went to a dinner dance. She even slept with him in case he woke in the night. Today, after being woken at 4.30 am by a shout of “Boo!”, she has gone off to do something with Guides. Wow. Freddie is a very lucky boy to have such a great sister. And she doesn’t just do things like this because she loves Freddie, but because she loves the whole family. Thank you, Lucy. Thank you for being you.
Congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their baby girl.
A thought occurs to me … Did “The Firm” give the young couple any choice regarding ante-natal screening? And if any of the screening tests came back positive, would they be given any choice about what to do?
At least I had a choice. I’d take that over wealth any day. Because freedom of choice is one of the greatest privileges a man can have.
